Our client seeks an experienced designer to help evaluate Content Management System (CMS) options, recommend, and implement the best platform to move forward with, design the look, feel, and organization of website, and oversee the content development for the new website.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Must be able to provide design and development for a new website, including information architecture.
• Consultant will be required to review current technology and recommend changes (if any) for the overall improvement of the website/customer experience.
• Create a website that is easily scalable so information can be added by designated DOJ employees.
• Ability to offer ongoing support for security updates and maintenance

Website Performance Objectives
• E-commerce capabilities such as paying for licensing and registration services on-line (currently handled by VITU).
• Able to create a website with third party integration capabilities (FAST, VITU) including Google Maps
• Must be able to incorporate high-level security protocols compatible with a government agency
• Willing to create and provide customized template library for future page development
• Content within the website must be searchable.
• Traffic and usage analytics
• Ability to offer ongoing support for security updates and maintenance

Experience Requirements
1. Prefer experience with government agencies.
2. Ability to transfer content from Word Press to new CMS Platform
3. Responsive, mobile-friendly design that is compatible with multiple browsers.
4. Website must meet ADA accessibility requirements.

6. Web-based forms with Captcha technology
