      Responsibilities: 
  • Deployment, optimization and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure services (Active Directory, Group Policy, Domain Name Servers (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Domain Infrastructure, File, Network Storage, Mail, Data Integrity, Log Analysis, Remote Management Suites, etc.).
  • Deployment, optimization and maintenance of virtual server technologies for Microsoft, VMWare, etc.) and physical server infrastructure.
  • Configure, deploy, optimize, and maintain enterprise infrastructure including:
           Server (physical / virtual)
           SharePoint Server Farms
           SharePoint Databases and database instances
           Data Replication /Data Protection
           Network Storage / Application Serve/File Server
           SharePoint 2010/2013
           System Patch Management and upgrades
           Failover, redundant and cluster technologies
           Management of site quotas and file size limits
           File Shares (user, administrative and system)
           Manage content databases
           Manage site layout content and structure
           Maximize server infrastructure performance and reliability
           Provide server infrastructure status reports to the COR on a weekly basis
           Document, manage and maintain public and private IP address space for server infrastructure
  •  Ensure enterprise services are established and maintained for external agency functionality needed for business operations. For the purpose of this contract "External agencies" includes any government or commercial organization that the client network has a connection.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and troubleshooting assistance in the process of implementing and maintaining enterprise application functionality.
  • Manage and actively work the operational ticket queue for enterprise infrastructure-related problems.
  • Coordinate with internal and external customers in the implementation and maintenance of network connectivity, and resolution of enterprise infrastructure connectivity issues.
  • Coordinate with enterprise network administrators on connectivity and quick resolution to enterprise service outages.
  • Consult with other enterprise system administrators to implement enterprise best practice methodologies and system standardization.
  • Coordinate with other enterprise system administrators to comply with maintenance schedules, inter-area troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Document After-Action Reports for enterprise infrastructure outages.
  •  Provide monthly reports to summarize the details in subsequent weekly reports or after-action reports
Qualifications: 
  • Professional Certifications Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or Higher) with at least 5 years of experience
  • Must be a quick learner and self-sufficient.  
  • Must be willing to travel as needed for business.  
  • Good communication skills are required.
  • Must be able to interact with business users and technical team members.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
