Network Engineer/Technician/ Architect
Location: Houston,TX

Responsibilities:

Network Technician:

Assists with the installation and support of network communications, including LAN/WAN systems.  Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations involving readily identifiable problems.  Assists int he planning of large scale systems projects through vendor comparison and cost studies.  

Qualifications:
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Route/Switch required.

Network Engineer:

Oversees the purchase, installation, an support of network communications, including LAN/WAN systems.  Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation requires evaluation and judgement.  Assists in the planning of large scale systems projects thorough vendor comparison and cost studies.  

Qualifications:
  • Requires thorough knowledge of LAN/WAN systems, network and applications.  Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Route/Switch required.

Network Architect:

Manages the purchase, installation and support of network communications, including LAN/WAN systems.  Responsible for evaluating current systems.  Works on complex problems where analysis of situations requires in-depth evaluation of various factors.  Plans large scale systems projects through vendor comparison and cost studies.  

Qualifications:
  • Requires expert knowledge of LAN/WAN systems, networks and applications.  Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Route/Switch required.
