Junior Pre Sales Engineer 
Location: Houston, TX or Katy, TX
Job Type: Internship ( 2 months paid internship and potential job offer after completion of  the Internship)
Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Pre Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to support the sales team in delivering technical solutions to prospective clients. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in pre-sales engineering and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team in understanding customer requirements and providing technical solutions that meet their needs.
  • Support the preparation of technical proposals, RFP responses, and other sales documentation.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the pre-sales phase, including answering technical questions and addressing concerns.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on the latest product features and enhancements.
  • Participate in customer meetings, both in-person and virtually, to discuss technical aspects of our solutions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses of our products compared to competitors.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for the sales team and customers.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Basic understanding of relevant technologies and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
