Tittle: Full Stack Web Developer

Job Description:
The Full stack Web Developer shall assist in providing solutions, standards of design, graphical layout, navigational structure, database design and integrated functionality. The Full stack Web Developer shall develop new functionality and features based on the results of the client conducted analysis (i.e., predefined functional requirement document, audience, and content inventory) and design (content plan outlining what the systems shall contain and its structure) processes. The Full stack Web Developer shall produce draft wireframes for new screens and conduct usability test sessions to identify issues with design. The Full stack Web Developer shall develop and implement methods for producing pages that are simple and efficient. Best practices for future development shall be recommended and documented within the program and verified by the client.
Web Application Developer Support Services.
  • Build and integrate web applications within the existing client website data definition libraries, security infrastructure, navigation structure, database structure, and design methodology.
  • Build and integrate web applications into the existing data definition library. Rules and common practices shall also be defined for creating and modifying tables for controlling what data is stored in which tables.
  • Build and integrate web applications into the existing, role-based security framework to support defined privileges and roles.
  • Access to security shall be based on a combination of network and application security. This aspect is extremely critical as it involves the protection of personnel records.
  • Build and integrate web applications into the existing website navigation structure. Navigation maps and an action plan shall be used to outline the structure and goal of the project, showing connections and relationships from one page to others. Elements such as styles (e.g., buttons, bars, plain text links, animated graphics, etc.), primary and secondary navigation, colors, alignment, and repetition and consistency, shall also need to be defined.
  • Build and integrate web applications into the existing design methodology and framework to ensure requirements are met and adherence to timelines. The Full stack Web Developer shall document a plan for execution of requirements prior to implementing new or modified code. The Full stack Web Developer shall submit the plan to the Government Program Manager (PM)/COR within two (2) weeks after receiving the requirements document, it shall include, but not be limited to, prototypes of the screen, navigation, and functionality. Upon government acceptance of the plan, the Full stack Web Developer shall write the program and notify the COR of any deficiencies. The contracted Web/Systems Developers, Client Information Management and Technology personnel and end users shall meet weekly during the design and implementation of each task to facilitate the development process.
  • Meet with the Government program manager at least quarterly, and as often as deemed necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science or Information Systems, or five (5) years of programming experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience programming in React TypeScript, Ext JS, .NET Framework with C#, Extensible Markup Language, JavaScript Object Notation, Structured Query Language, HyperText Markup Language, and object-oriented design.
  • Two (2) years of application experience with security (roles, authentication), user-defined functions, structured reporting, rich and dynamic form generation model-view controller web services and Application Programming Interfaces.
Security Requirements:
Personnel Clearance: 
The Full stack Web Developer personnel shall have a Tier 1 (T1) investigative clearance/background investigation prior to performing work on this contract. The Full stack Web Developer shall request personnel security clearances to include fingerprinting, and all associated clearance tasks, at the company’s expense. The Full stack Web Developer shall provide documentation received from the appropriate Government agency as to the verification of contract personnel’s T1 certification.
