AI Risk Management & TEVV Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Location: Houston, TX/ Maryland, MD/Washington DC Metro  
Job Description:
 Role Overview
The AI RMF & TEVV SME provides deep technical expertise in AI risk management, evaluation planning, and TEVV frameworks to support AI RMF lifecycle implementation and evaluation readiness.  
This role ensures all outputs support risk-informed AI governance, evaluation planning, and operational risk integration, without performing evaluation execution or making decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop AI RMF-aligned analytical artifacts and frameworks  
    • Governance and integration artifacts
    • Contextual risk mapping frameworks (Map function)
    • TEVV planning frameworks
    • Evaluation-to-risk integration (Manage function)
  • Ensure traceability between:
    • Risk identification
    • Evaluation planning
    • Operational risk management
  • Support development of:
    • Crosswalks and mappings
    • Analytical frameworks and guidance
    • Evaluation readiness artifacts and use case profiles  
  • Synthesize Government-provided evaluation data into:
    • Insights
    • Planning inputs
    • Decision-support materials  
 Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in:
    • AI risk management
    • AI evaluation, measurement, or assurance  
  • Within those 8 years:
    • At least 5 years implementing or operationalizing AI RMF or similar frameworks  
  • Preferred:
Experience supporting federal AI programs or NIST
