AI Program Manager RMF
Location: Houston, TX/ Maryland, MD/Washington DC Metro  
Job Description:
 Role Overview
The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and provides overall leadership, coordination, and delivery assurance across all task areas  
This role is responsible for ensuring that all contract activities are executed efficiently, delivered on schedule, and aligned with NIST AI RMF objectives and standards coordination efforts.  

 Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end contract management and oversight across all PWS tasks.  
  • Lead development and execution of:
    • Work Plan and updates
    • Kickoff meeting coordination
    • Monthly Status Reports (MSRs)
    • Final Report delivery  
  • Ensure timely delivery of all contractual deliverables aligned with schedules and acceptance criteria.  
  • Serve as primary communication interface with COR, including monthly calls and status updates.  
  • Manage:
    • Risks, issues, and dependencies
    • Stakeholder coordination (internal and external
  • Oversee integration of:
    • AI RMF governance artifacts
    • Risk mapping outputs
    • TEVV planning deliverables
    • Standards alignment products  
  • Ensure all artifacts meet:
    • Traceability requirements
    • AI RMF alignment
    • Quality and acceptance standards
  • Maintain compliance with:
    • Non-decision-making constraints (no policy or risk decisions)  

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs  
  • Minimum 3 years supporting standards, policy, or technical coordination programs  
  • Preferred:
Experience with NIST or similar federal scientific/standards organizations
